Courtesy Car
A free courtesy car during your repair — you only pay for the fuel you use.
When your vehicle goes in for repair, the first question is almost always the same: what will I drive this week, and who pays for it.
With us the answer is simple: the courtesy car is free for the duration of the repair. You only pay for the fuel you use. As numbers are limited, please reserve one when you book your appointment.
If you didn't cause the accident, you're also entitled to have the cost covered by the at-fault party's insurance — below we explain when it's worth claiming this.
// who pays
Who pays for the courtesy car
| Situation | Who covers it | What you need to do |
|---|---|---|
| You didn't cause the accident | The at-fault party's liability insurer | Direct your claim to the at-fault party's insurer, not to the repair shop |
| You have a courtesy car included in your package | Your own insurer | Check your policy and mention this when filing your claim |
| You caused the accident yourself and have no cover | Our courtesy car is free — you only pay for fuel | Let us know when you book your appointment |
That third row is worth knowing about: at many repair shops, in that situation, you're left without a vehicle or you pay a rental fee. Not with us.
