1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. They are used to remember settings, recognize users, or gather usage statistics. On this page, we distinguish cookies from a similar technology – browser local storage (localStorage) – which we use for certain site features.
2. This site does NOT use analytics or advertising cookies
We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar tracking and advertising tools on this website. We also don't use cookies to display fonts – these are hosted locally on our own server (see section 3 below). The only cookie-like data we store in your browser is the following:

This data is stored only in your browser and is never sent to our servers.
3. Third-party cookies
Google Maps. On the Home and Contact pages, a Google Maps embed shows the location of our workshop. This is the only optional cookie category on this site. The map does not load automatically – it only loads once you enable the “Google Maps” category in the cookie banner or cookie settings, or manually click “Show map”. Once loaded, Google may set its own cookies in your browser to operate the map.

Fonts (Google Fonts). The fonts used on this site (Space Grotesk, Inter, IBM Plex Mono) are hosted locally on our own server and are not loaded from Google's servers. Your browser therefore does not connect to Google to display fonts, and your IP address is not disclosed to Google for this purpose.
4. Managing your consent by category
You can allow or reject cookies by category. Click “Manage preferences” in the cookie banner or “Cookie settings” in the footer of this site to open the settings panel, where you can enable or disable an individual category (e.g. Google Maps) at any time and save your choice. The “Necessary cookies” category is always on, as it's required for the site to function. You can also delete locally stored data at any time in your browser's settings.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
